Private Workshop: Intention Mala Necklace

This workshop is meant to be hosted in a home or private event venue. If you are interested in booking a private mala workshop please email me to discuss dates/schedule before purchasing. The purchasing client is responsible for providing the space/hosting the workshop for their selected attendees, in return the host’s individual workshop fee is waived.

During this 4-5 hour workshop you will be guided in creating your own 108 bead Mala necklace, each knot tying in to your intention. We will explore the history and origin of the mala necklace as well as the chakra system, gemstone meanings and how a Mala can support your spiritual journey. This workshop also provides support in divining your intention. All materials, supplies and gemstones beads are included. Beginners welcome! While previous jewelry making/sewing experience can help it is not necessary.

-Choosing your stones/colors, thread, tassel & guru bead.

-Stone arrangement/design.

-Stringing your Mala.

-Knotting your Mala.

~ Understand that by attending this workshop, your are not purchasing a finished Mala. A workshop provides the, time, materials, information and inspiration to create a Mala. The effort and energy needed to begin AND finish a project is the responsibility of the attendee.

~ Understand that certain skills or processes may be more challenging or take longer for some. Some attendees may finish their Mala during the workshop timeframe others may not but all will be provided resources to finish at home.

What happens if one of my friends or family members can’t make it ?

-Due to the nature of a workshop, extensive prep work including supply purchases, workshops are non-refundable.

What do I need to bring?

-Just your lovely self! If you keep a journal feel free to bring it but pens and paper will be provided.
